Welcome to another Friday Fab in Five where I show you a fabulous project you can make in five minutes. Today I have for you some adorable little candy packages made from the skinny cello bags from the Holiday Mini and Batty For You, one of my favorite Halloween sets. (Before I show you the photo, I apologize for the lousy quality; my camera has decided that it's taking a sick day so I had to fake this shot with a still from a video.) Check these out -
Honestly, the longest part of this project was getting the candy corn into the bags! The little toppers are just markered stamps - to get the different colors - a couple of quick punches, a little adhesive and - voila! - instant little treats. The skinny bags are the perfect size for tiny treats like M&Ms or Skittles and also work well for long slender treats like Twizzlers or themed pencils if you want a non-edible option. And you get FIFTY for just $2.50 making them a steal!
So tell me, what would you use them for? Leave me a comment telling me what great idea you have to use these skinny cello bags and I will send you one in the mail so you can check it out for yourself.
